Is very easy. On the Hip2p app on the mobile (if you have error password message) and config icon doesnt open because it say must be connected, just go up to edit( on top right corner) and cam will be stoped and it allow you to go to config icon and put again and try passwords.

Thank you for providing that helpful tip for accessing the config icon on the HiP2P Client app. It's always good to know how to troubleshoot and navigate software settings.
Yes, you can change the order of cameras and rearrange them on HiP2P Client for Windows by going to the settings or configuration options within the program. Look for an option that allows you to rearrange and reorder the cameras to your preference.
I have the HIP2P app on my computer and get "Error password". The cameras connect to my phone with no issues.

I too had the same issue I went to the 5th icon along which looks like a settings icon "Config" On the left hand side under region it showed my cameras I tick all three and deleted them. I then went to input UID and added each camera in turn using the camera password the went back preview and the cameras all came on hope this helps David
As far as I know, there's no HiP2P version designed to work on Mac operating systems. Furthermore, it appears that the application has been discontinued, so there probably won't be any Mac version coming any time soon. However, if you have the installer saved, you could try setting up a Windows emulator such as Boot Camp or Winebottler on your Mac, then installing the application through that emulator.
recently was asked to input a password to view my camera on my android which it has never asked since new, after entering a new password I cant view the camera on my laptop without resetting the Hi2p2 default password and when i do that it says wrong password on my android and disconnects that so presently can only view on one device ,,WTF happened?

The same has happened to me. I still cannot access.
I am getting the same problem, there is no solution, i have been in contact with iegeek and they say user name is admin and password remains empty. there must be a fault in the software
I was getting this connection failure every 5-10 secs on my log. I was told my camera did NOT answer the Keep Alive in time. I changed my connect time to 30 secs on the "Other Settings" panel. This quieted down the log entries and does not impact your recording/monitoring of the camera. The timeout ranges may be different by manufacturer and model or firmware versions.
CTIPC-730C compatible with Hip2p program.

Camera is working on my phone App. No image on HiP2P. UID shows in video box. Image works fine in IE
You can try connecting the camera by right mouse click on the camera and choose connect or disconnect. This is from the Preview panel.
